Performance appraisal systems have fallen out of favour in recent times for a number of reasons, a chief one being that managers lack the coaching and interactive skills to give constructive feedback to their staff.
This 2-day course is aimed at managers, supervisors, team leaders and HR Practitioners responsible for performance management in the workplace.
The training is highly interactive and while theory is covered, the emphasis is on developing the learners’ practical inter-active/coaching skills.
