Coaching Skills for HR Practitioners, a seven module on-line e-learning training programme specifically aimed at HR Practitioners, is accredited by the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP).

The programme aims to provide HR Practitioners with the necessary knowledge and skills to turn problems into opportunities!

The course blends coaching techniques and principles used by professional coaches with practical examples and situations HR people face every day in the Southern African workplace.

Why HR Practitioners need coaching skills

To assist you to identify and resolve performance barriers in the workplace:
Performance barriers are things outside of an employee’s control that impact negatively on their work performance.
